Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Star JH Boys' Golf team opened their season yesterday in a threeway meet hosting Lebanon and Frankfort. Due to the weather so far, this was the first time on the course for many of the golfers. The Stars (224)came up short against Lebanon (210) but defeated Frankfort 237. Rex Stanley ties for meet medalist with a career best 49. Also scoring for the Stars were: Rowan Eastwood 58, Jake Barnes 58, and Carson Richardson 59. The Stars travel to Rocky Ridge today to take on the North Montgomery Chargers. Tee time is 4:30.
