The JH baseball team climbs back from 8 down to defeat Chargers 12-11

The Western Boone Junior High’s Blue baseball team started their season with a big win over North Montgomery, 12-11. The WeBo Jr High A team couldn’t keep up with the Lebanon Tigers and fell 10-0.  A single by Mickey Burns in the first inning was positive note for team. Emma McClaine was in the pitchers circle for WeBo. She surrendered two runs on three hits over four innings, striking out three and walking one.

The JH girls tennis team defeats Frankfort 4-1

Stars drop dual match to Hamilton Heights 193-204

The Stars dropped a dual match vs Hamilton Heights at Bear Slide tonight 193-204. Levi LaGrange led the Stars with a 48, Damian Stout 49, Tyler Dickerson 52, Zach Gideon 54 and Luke Marsh 55. Eleven guys will play Saturday at Danville and Covington.

JH golf team moves to 3-0 defeating North Montgomery
