Lady Stars defeat Frankfort to end their season

The 6th grade girls finished the season last night with two wins over the visiting Frankfort Hotdogs. The “A” team won 16-5 with Raegan Durbin leading in scoring with 8 points. Star swimmers finish 4th in Sagamore Conference Meet

The WeBo boy’s junior high swim team may be small in numbers, but they are mighty.  The team of 8 boys placed 4th out of 8 teams at the Sagamore Conference meet Tuesday night, just three points behind the 3rd place team. The 6th grade girls basketball team dropped both games to Lebanon. The “A” team jumped out to a quick start but followed with a cold shooting second quarter eventually losing 15-30. Lady Star swimmers repeat as Sagamore Conference Champs

  The WeBo girl’s junior high swim & dive team repeated their conference championship last night at Crawfordsville High School beating out the second place team by nearly 100 points. The Lady Stars swimmers had an impressive 36 out of 48 best times on the night. Both the 200 and 400 free relay teams won.

Stars wrap up their season at Conference

The junior high wrestling team traveled to Southmont on Saturday to compete in the conference championship. The Stars came up just a few points short of the team title coming in second place as a team. Out of 19 weight classes, the Stars had 7 wrestlers in the finals and 6 wrestling for third. Champions

The Western Boone Track & Field program begin their season this past Friday at the Sagamore Conference Indoor Championships at Wabash College. The Stars were able to have a number of champions and outstanding performances.
