On Thursday night the swimmers and divers hosted Southmont for their last home meet of the season. The Stars came away with a double win for senior night. The girls team defeated the Mounties with a score of 107-36. The medley relay team of Hannah Hayden, Arianna Stieber, Adelaide Jones, and Samantha Jones kicked off the meet with a win. Kaitlyn Crowley followed with a win in the 200 freestyle; Adalyn Sartin also placed third in the event. In the 200 IM, Annabelle Mickschl finished second. A. Jones earned the Stars another win in the 50 freestyle; Jenna Twitty and Rebecca Rustin placed third and fourth. Hayden kept the streak going in the 100 fly with another win, followed in third by Crowley. Stieber, S. Jones, and Micah Hole finished 1-2-3 respectively in the 100 freestyle. In the 500 freestyle, A. Jones earned a second individual win; Rustin also finished third. The 200 medley relay team of Stieber, Hayden, S. Jones, and A. Jones won the event. Mickschl earned another win for the Stars in the 100 backstroke, followed by Sartin in third place. Stars went 1-2-3 again in the 100 breaststroke with Stieber, Twitty, Hayden respectively. Ending the meet with one final win was the 400 freestyle relay team of Hole, Rustin, Sartin, and S. Jones. The boys team won the meet with a score of 122-52. The medley relay team of Isaac Threlkeld, Jacob Norman, Wyatt Barnett, and Jude Balke kicked off the meet with a win. Chase Collier, W. Barnett, Henry Biggs swept the first individual event of the night in the 200 freestyle. Norman followed with a win in the 200 IM; Malachi Catterson also finished in fifth. Balke and Sam Hillger finished in first and second in the 50 freestyle; Isaac Garringer also finished sixth. In the 100 fly, Threlkeld and E. Barnett finished first and second. Balke placed second the 100 freestyle, Milliser placed third, and Garringer placed sixth. W. Barnett earned the Stars another win in the 500 freestyle, followed by Alex Crockett and Catterson in third and fourth. The 200 freestyle relay team of Norman, Collier, Balke, and Threlkeld took another win. In the 100 backstroke, Norman, E. Barnett, and Milliser had another 1-2-3 finish for the Stars. Threlkeld and Crockett took first and second places in the 100 breaststroke, followed by Zach Connors in fourth. Rounding out the meet with one more win was the 400 freestyle relay team of E. Barnett, Collier, Connors, and W. Barnett.
