The Western Boone girls' golf team added two more wins to their total last night against North Montgomery and Sheridan. We were able to celebrate senior night with a team score of 168 to North Montgomery's 185. Senior Ally Lewis led the way with a 39. Lexi Gregg shot a personal best 40. Senior Jada Scott shot a 41. Ainsley Thompson finished off the scoring with a 48. Other scores for the Stars were Rylee Pelley with a 52. Jordan Stirling, 61. Isabelle Sturgis, 64. Lila hall, 64. Senior Olivia Tintera 68. We were able to celebrate the remarkable careers of all of our seniors who have led the Webo girls' golf team to the greatest 4-year stretch in program history. In the past 4 years, over 20 school records have been broken, and last night marked 54 consecutive 9-hole match wins over the last three and a half years. The impact these seniors have made on the program will not be forgotten. The team is back in action Saturday in the Conference Tournament at Crawfordsville Country Club.
