Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Western Boone Girls Golf Team were successful in extending their winning streak in a very tight match against Covenant Christian. The Lady Stars were able to beat Covenant Christian by a score of 180 to 186 to get their record to 12-0 on the season. Ally Lewis led the way with a 39. Jada Scott added a 43. Rylee Pelley was able to shoot her best round of the season so far with a 48. Then Ainsley Thompson rounded out the scoring with a 50. Also playing for the Stars were Lexi Gregg with a 51 and Olivia Tintera with a 66. The Stars are back in action on Thursday against North Montgomery for Senior Night at Cool Lake. The match starts at 4:30, and senior night festivities are expected to begin after the match around 7:00.
