The 7th grade boys basketball teams defeated Rossville last Thursday. The A team won 46-32. Marcus Stepp led the Stars with 20 points and 8 assists. The boy’s basketball team hosted Hamilton Heights Saturday night. The Stars were haunted by turnovers in the first half, but cleaned up their play in the second half. The Western Boone wrestling team traveled to North Montgomery to compete in the Conference Tournament. The Stars scored 61 points as a team and placed 8th. The boys and girls junior varsity teams hosted the Frankfort Hotdogs Thursday night. The girls team played well as they defeated Frankfort 42-34. Webo Swimming Finishes 7th and 8th in Conference

On Saturday the Western Boone swimming and diving programs competed in the finals of the 2018 Sagamore Swimming Conference Championships. The girls team finished 7th while the boys team took 8th. 6th Boys Basketball Sweeps the Bulldogs

The 6th grade boys basketball teams traveled to Clinton Central Wednesday night. Both A and B teams were victories over Clinton Central. 7th Grade Girls Basketball Opens Up the Season Victorious

The 7th Grade girls basketball team opened up their season last night as they defeated Sheridan 21 to 10. The Stars played some stellar defense as they held the Blackhawks to 6 points in the first half. Their defense improved as the game progressed, only giving up 4 points in the second half.
