The Stars carried over the spark from the night before and came into the match ready to compete with heart and energy. In the opening set, the team battled through moments of momentum, but ultimately dropped the set 15-25 as they worked to find their offensive rhythm. The second set was where the Stars truly shined. With scrappy defense and aggressive swings at the net, the team went point-for-point in an electrifying back-and-forth battle. Every serve and dig fueled the energy on the court, and the Stars pushed the game into extra points before just narrowly falling 26-28 in what was easily the most competitive set of the night. Although the third set got away quickly at 7-25, the fight the Stars showed—especially in that second set—proved that they are capable of matching intensity and executing under pressure. Their teamwork, communication, and hustle were clear signs of growth and progress, and the spark from this match will continue to fuel them moving forward. Even though the final outcome wasn’t in their favor, the effort and determination on the court were undeniable and a strong reminder of the potential this group has when they come together as a team.
