Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Western Boone junior high boys soccer team tied with North Putnam Wednesday evening with a score of 1-1. The stars dominated the play of the game but could not find the back of the net at the end. The defense of Maison Lutz, Timothy Walker, Fritz Heine, and Joseph Boddicker played great overall. The goalie, Brammer Lasley, only touched the ball 3 or so times which speaks to how well the defense played. Andrew Castillo did a great job stepping up and playing the center midfield position. The score came when Jackson Linton passed up to Crosby Kinsler who scored with 15:06 after battling hard to possess the ball. The stars will host Southmont next Monday.
