Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Jr. High girls soccer team was victorious on Wednesday over North Putnam by a score of 2-1. Scoring the brace (2 goals) for the Stars was 6th grader Tania Cruz-Vazquez.  All of the goals in the game were scored in the second half. 7th grader Zoey Trent had 5 saves in goal for the Stars. The Stars are now 1-4 on the season and will play next at home on Monday versus Southmont.
