The WeBo tennis team hosted McCutcheon Thursday evening to take on the Mavericks. The 1D tandem of Oakley/Nance also started strong and never let off the gas in a straight set win for the Stars. Despite an intense battle, the Stars ultimately were defeated 1-4 to a talented McCutcheon squad. The JV Stars also dropped their match to the Mavericks. Freshman Sam Scott picked up the lone win for the Stars with an 8-1 win at 1 Singles. The Stars now focus their attention to Saturday where they will host the WeBo Tourney, starting at 9am.
