Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Western Boone Junior High Soccer boys are 2-0 after defeating Southmont by a score of 5-0. Jackson Linton scored 3 while Lucas Pemberton and Brammer Lasley each added 1. The group of Crosby Kinsler, Jace Bloss, Wyatt Hardin, Joseph Boddicker and Lane Merrill did a great job on offense creating other opportunities. Coach Walker was proud of Matthew Nelson, Keegan Isaac, Enzo Heredia, and Jacob Bloss for taking their space and making good passes. Landon Berney played goalie most of the game and had a couple saves. Andrew Castillo came out of the gate on fire winning every 50/50 ball. The stars will play Frankfort at home on September 3.
