Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Boys IHSAA Sectional #18 was a great one for the Western Boone Stars! The boys traveled to Plainfield on a chilly night, and many boys saved their best performances for their last. The 4x800m Relay team of Eli Bishop, Brayden Schick, Andres Morales, and Josh Pope started the meet off strong earning 8th place and scoring a point. Jaden Latham made the finals in the 110m Hurdles where he took 8th, and later in the night he also earned 8th in the 300m Hurdles. The 4x100m Relay team of Brandon Potter, Nate Thompson, Isaac Threlkeld, and Dylan Sheets scored 3 points and finished 6th. The 4x400m Relay team of Malaki Christy, Isaac Threlkeld, Josh Pope, and Nate Thompson earned 2 points and finished 7th. Wyatt Dickey made the finals in Shot Put where he finished in 5th place, earning 4 points for the Stars.
