Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The 7th grade girls basketball team was back in action last night hosting the Speedway Sparkplugs. The Stars came out aggressive on defense swarming the Sparkplugs resulting in a 15-2 lead to end the first quarter. The Stars continued their tough defense in the 2nd but stalled on the offensive end, heading into half with 17-6 lead. In the second half the Stars continued to be aggressive leading to a big 3rd quarter. Bryar King had several steals and Molly Rausch and Katie Gott secured the boards. The Stars came away with another victory 38-11. Ady Nicley led in scoring with 26, Molly Rausch 6, Bryar King 5, and Kaity Gott 1.
