Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The 7th grade boys basketball team traveled to Sheridan last night and brought home a 40-6 win. The stars were too much for the Blackhawks and dominated the game. Levi Adkins lead in scoring with 12 points, Dane Allen and Josiah Williamson added 6 each, Carson Nicley & Brayden Henson with 4, Carter Eckert, Sam Rausch, Wyatt Smith and Micah Farris each had 2. The 8th grade Stars travelled to Sheridan to play the Blackhawks. The Stars battled a strong, physical and good shooting team. The Stars kept it close, but fouls, turnovers and shots not falling were the difference. The Stars fell 37-50. Owen Oakley had 14, Quinn Westerfeld 12, Burke Cavins 4, Reese Young 3, Nate Thompson and Even Kiplinger both had 2. The Stars have Clinton Prairie at home next Tuesday.
