Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The varsity girls tennis team went 1-2 at their tournament Saturday, defeating Speedway in a close 3-2 match but losing to Lafayette Central Catholic and Benton Central 1-4. Standing out for the Stars was 3S Lindsey Steimel who went 2-1 and had a chance to medal, and the 1D team of Ransom/Adams who also went 2-1. The Stars are now 3-4 and will begin conference play this week. They will start at Frankfort Monday at 5PM.
