The girl's junior high tennis team bounced back from their first meet and clinched their first win of the season last night by defeating North Montgomery by a score of 3-2. Eisley Whiteley, Emily Shepherd, Lilly Hosfield, and Ainsley Thompson all helped lead the stars in the victory. The girl's junior high tennis team held their first match of the season against Crawfordsville on Tuesday. Despite great focus and effort, the team fell to Crawfordsville with a final score of 0-5 in windy conditions. The standout player of the match was Emily Shepherd, who hung in tough, scoring 4 games against her opponent. The team will face North Montgomery this Thursday at 5:00 PM at home.
