JH Swimmers swam a three way meet on Tuesday against Clinton Central and Tecumseh. It was a mixed meet where boys and girls swam together in the same event. Therefore, we were only able to put one boy and one girl in each event which meant most swimmers were only able to swim one event. The kids seemed to enjoy the change in the line up. Here are some highlights from the meet. Eli Baldwin swam a new best time in the 50 Backstroke. Blaine Ballentine swam a new best time in the 50 Free. Mackenzie Clements won her heat and swam a new best time in the 50 Free. Kate Foy dropped over 3 seconds for a new best time in the 100 IM. Autumn Palmer dropped over 4 seconds for a new best time in the 50 Fly. Ava Quilter had a great meet swimming new best times in the 50 and 100 Free. Hannah Ranney swam a new best time in the 50 Backstroke. Wesley Redman swam a new best time in the 100 Free. Noah Rhoton dropped 3 seconds for a new best time in the 100 Free. Britney Richwine swam a new best time in the 100 Free. Avery Schrier swam a new best time in the 100 Breaststroke. Aiden Smith dropped over 12 seconds for a new best time in the 200 Free. Ari Smith dropped 4 seconds in the 50 Free for a new best time. Landon Smith dropped 4 seconds for a new best time in the 100 Free. Bella Sparks swam a new best time in the 50 Free. Claire Torp swam 10 seconds faster for a new best time in the 100 Free. Jaili Torp set a new best time in the 100 Backstroke.
