Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Stars traveled to Tri-West last night, and while both JV and Varsity would come up short, both teams showed tremendous fight from start to finish. JV stayed competitive throughout the first and second sets, fighting for every point and refusing to let up. Varsity followed with that same mentality, battling through every rally and continuing to compete against a tough Tri-West team. Both teams left it all on the court and represented Western Boone with great effort and determination. Leading our offense at the net was Alexa Massingill with 7 kills, while Ady Nicley and Nevaeh Copeland each added 4 kills of their own. Kenleigh Raby helped run the offense with 12 assists. Defensively, Olivia Owens, Ady Nicley, Ella Oakley, and Alexa Massingill combined for 29 digs, staying relentless against a strong Tri-West offense. A great performance by both teams and another opportunity to grow, compete, and keep pushing forward.
