The Lady Stars JV team sealed their 3rd conference match of the season with a win and 2-0 Sweep. The Varsity left it all on the court last night in a battle that came down to the very final points. Alexa Massingill had a standout night offensively with 18 kills, while Ady Nicely added 10 kills and 5 aces and Emily Shepherd contributed 9 kills. There were plenty of momentum swings throughout the match, but the girls continued to respond and make plays when they needed them. It was a tough finish, but the effort and competitiveness shown throughout the night are something this team can build on. Scores: 24-26 25-23 20-25 28-26 16-18
