Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Stars battled through a challenging home tournament this weekend, gaining valuable experience against several high-level teams. While the results didn’t fall in our favor, there were plenty of positives to take away. Ady Nicley led the offense with 15 kills, followed by Alexa Massingill with 11, Emily Shepherd with 9, and Nevaeh Copeland with 7. Defensively, Olivia Owens led the way with 17 digs, while Kenleigh Raby added 10 and Ady Nicley contributed 9. Throughout the weekend, the girls proved that they have what it takes to compete with high-level competition. Our focus moving forward will be minimizing errors on our side of the net and finding greater consistency within our offense. Great effort by the girls this weekend—we’ll take the lessons learned and continue building as we head into this week!
