The Western Boone Stars boys tennis team opened their season with a 3-2 win Tuesday night by defeating the Delphi Oracles. The Stars earned straight set wins at both doubles and 3 singles. With the loss of senior Jon Rutherford, everyone had to step up and perform and that’s just what the Stars delivered. Congratulations to Sam Scott for his first varsity win.
