Both the A and B team came away with convincing wins of North Putnam last night. The B-team got things started off with an 11-0 win. Jackson G started on the bump giving up one hit and zero runs through one and two-thirds innings. Braxton H came in for relief giving up zero hits and zero runs. The Stars led 2-0 after two innings before the offense came alive in the third inning scoring 9 runs. Owen H, Chase B, and Tyler F each had 2 RBI's in the third. The A-team followed up the B-teams dominant performance by winning 12-0. Elijah P started on the bump and only needed three innings to finish off the Cougars behind a strong defense. The right handed hurler stuck out 3 and gave up two hits. The Stars put up 11 runs in the first inning thanks to Harlan T and his two hits and 3 RBI's. Jude A, Ryder D, Corey B, and Maison L all had hits on the night.
