Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Western Boone Stars Track & Field Team traveled to Danville High School to compete in an annual track meet. The Stars put up a good fight, including several podium finishes. Charlotte Stucky placed first in the 3200m Run. Charlotte is a senior at Western Boone and plans to continue running in college. Another senior, River Roys dominated the competition and placed first in the 100m Hurdles. Two sophomores, Jaili Torp (800m Run) and Micah Farris (300m Hurdles) both placed first in their respective events. The Stars plan to continue their hot streak Saturday at the Big Orange meet.
