Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The Western Boone Lady Stars hosted the Lady Eagles of Faith Christian last night for their 3rd game of the week. The Stars were able to get their offense rolling and finished the night off in 5 innings while leveling their record at 2-2 on season with an 11-1 run rule win. Mickey Burns got the start going 5 innings allowing 1 run on 1 hit while striking out 9 in a complete game. The Stars were able to plate 11 runs on 10 hits. Raina Lutz led the Stars at the plate with 3 triples, Ally Lewis and Burns collected 2 hits of their own in the contest while Addi Lee pushed 3 RBIs across the plate. The Lady Stars will be off until April 14th when they will host the Lady Chargers of North Montgomery in their next MAC contest with a 5:30pm start.
