The Stars travelled to South Mount on Thursday night to take on the Mounties in 6th grade girls basketball. Once again, tough defense created turnovers and ended in points. The Lady Stars built a lead and finished with a 36-12 win. The team was led by Tania Cruz-Vasquez with 12, Carly Denney 8, Reagan Byers 6, Kalle Evans 4, Nova Crahen and Addi Everhart with 2. Addi Everhart, Ella Bobay and Rhys Kistler contributed on the defensive side with key rebounds that led to points.
