The Western Boone Stars battled through a tough first half but stormed back with a dominant second-half performance to defeat Sheridan 59–48. After struggling to find rhythm early, the Stars flipped the switch coming out of the locker room, outscoring Sheridan 41–18 in the final two quarters. Western Boone showcased the team they are capable of being—locked in defensively, fast in transition, and efficient on the offensive end. Ryder DeVol and Tate Fields controlled the glass, giving the Stars extra possessions and helping fuel the second-half surge. The energy shift was immediate, and Sheridan had no answer for the Stars’ momentum.
