A Team Final: Frankfort 49, Western Boone 32 The A team faced a challenging start, falling behind early after a rough first half that left them with a steep climb the rest of the way. Despite battling throughout and showing improved intensity after the break, the Stars couldn’t fully erase the deficit. Tate Fields led the Stars with 13 points, providing a steady offensive presence. Jackson Potter added 9 points, while Lukas Harrison chipped in 6, and Conner Palmer contributed 4 to round out the scoring. B Team Final: Frankfort 24, Western Boone 21 The B team delivered a thriller, leading the entire game until the final minutes. The Stars played some of their best team basketball of the season—sharing the ball, defending with energy, and showing real improvement. Crew Gallimore paced the Stars with 8 points, followed by Jude Anderson with 6 and Dylan Meyer with 4. Even in the loss, the performance showed the promise and progress this group continues to make. The Stars return home Thursday as they welcome Cascade, looking to bounce back with a strong showing in front of the home crowd.
