Stars struggle against the Blackhawks

The 6th/7th grade baseball team lost to the visiting Sheridan Blackhawks on Tuesday night. The Stars pitching struggled to find the strike zone, walking 12 and striking out 3 Sheridan batters. Offensively, Jake Johnson had two hits, including a double. Ryan Taylor, along with sixth graders Drew Gott and Carter Marcum, each had one hit.

The 6th/7th baseball team faced the Traders Point Knights on Wednesday night. The contest was close for majority of the game. After 5 innings, the Stars trailed 4-1, only to be defeated 12-2.
