Winter Sports Wrap-Up

This week was the Sagamore Conference Winter Sports Banquet at Stookey’s in Thorntown. It was another outstanding season for Webo Stars Athletics and plenty of hardware was handed out. Boy’s Swimming win the sectional

Congratulations to the boys swimming team for winning the sectional championship. It is the first time the boys have won the sectional in 21 years. Owen Richardson won the 500 free in 4:51.26 and the 100 backstroke in 53.31 to advance to state in both events. Also advancing is the 400 free relay team of Colt

Athletics Bonanza Tonight

Come brave the cold and get the opportunity to see lots of athletics action tonight. The boys and girls swim team will be taking on Brebeuf Jesuit. The wrestlers will face-off against North Montgomery. The 13-2 girls basketball team will go up against the 11-3 Noblesville Millers. $5 gets you in the door and access

Boys Swimming Champions!

Congratulations to the Boys Swimming team on winning the Sagamore Conference Championship. Junior Owen Richardson had a banner day. He won the 500 free, member of the winning 200 medley relay (along with Connor Corwin, Colt O’Brien and Cole Henry), 100 backstroke (school record). The girls also had a great showing finishing in 3rd place.
