Cross Country at Semi-State

Three Western Boone cross country runners competed at the IHSAA Semi-State meet at New Prairie H.S. on Saturday. In the girls race, Lauryn Florey and Jenna Mahin became only the second and third girls in school history to run at the Semi-State meet.  Florey ran a strong race and finished in a time of 20:37.3.
