Emily Harrison Makes ICGSA All Star Team

Western Boone’s Emily Harrison has been invited to play Sunday in the Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association volleyball all-star game on the 4A/3A Senior South squad. Harrison named Indiana All-Star; Signs DI Scholarship

Congratulations to Western Boone seniors, Austin McCloskey and Emily Harrison on signing their NCAA Division I national letters of intent. Harrison, arguably the best player to ever don the Western Boone volleyball uniform has officially picked her college. Star senior outside hitter Emily Harrison signed her national letter of intent Tuesday to play volleyball at SIU-Edwardsville.

Brebeuf Friday- Tickets available

Friday the football team travels to Brebeuf for a Sectional semifinal match-up.  Game-time will be 7:00 p.m. Since this is an IHSAA event, all students and fans must purchase a ticket. Pre-sale tickets will go on sale tomorrow in the athletic office for $6.00.

Volleyball Wins the 3A Sectional 25 Title!

The Western Boone Volleyball team played two great games Saturday to take home the Sectional Championship for the third year in a row!  The Stars drew the bye and played Lebanon in the second semi-final game Saturday morning.  The Stars swept the Tigers for a second time this season in three games 25-18, 25-12, 25-9.

As Fall Break approaches, the Webo volleyball and football teams will host the IHSAA Sectionals on Friday and Saturday. Football (6-3) will host West Vigo (1-8) at 7:00 p.m. this Friday. Volleyball Defeats Park Tudor to Wrap Up the Regular Season

The Varsity Volleyball team traveled to Park Tudor for their last regular season game.  The Stars started off strong, but struggled towards the end of the night, defeating Park Tudor in five games 25-11, 25-14, 23-25, 23-25, 15-12.  Leading the way for the Stars were Emily Harrison with 23 kills and 23 digs, Lauren Marsh

Varsity Volleyball Defeats Lebanon and Wins the Sagamore Conference Championship!

The Varsity Volleyball team traveled to Lebanon to face the Tigers in their last conference game of the season.  The Stars defeated the Tigers in three games 25-18, 25-17, 30-28.  Leading the way for the Varsity were Emily Harrison with 26 kills and 14 digs, Lauren Marsh with 10 kills and 10 digs, Casi Neff
