The wrestling team traveled to Clinton Prairie on Saturday to compete in the Clinton Prairie Invitational. The Stars had a good showing as 5 of their 6 wrestlers placed with two crowned as champions. Webo Wrestling Competes in Webo Duals

The Western Boone wrestling team were in action Saturday as they hosted the Webo Duals. The Webo Duals consisted of eight teams, East Noble, Carmel, Southmont, Danville, Tri-West, Frankfort, Crawfordsville, and the host Western Boone. The Stars were 0-5 in the duals. Though the scores didn’t show it, the Stars had great battles all day.

The Western Boone wrestling team traveled to Turkey Run Saturday morning as they competed in the Warrior Classic. The Webo wrestlers went 2-3 on the day. Their first dual meet was against Turkey Run. Hall of Fame Week- Inductee #1

Outside of being Homecoming this Friday night, there is also a special event taking place. Between the girls and boys basketball games will be this year’s HOF Induction. As we go through the week we will take a look at those going in. Congratulations to our first HOF inductee of this year’s class, David McClain.

December Athletes of the Month

Congratulations to December Athletes of the Month- Freshmen Lauren Jones and Dakota Halford. Lauren has been undefeated in her individual events. In 9 swim meets which equals 18 times she has won without a loss. Dakota is leading the Stars wrestling squad with a record of 7-7.
