Hannah Redlin Drives in Five as Western Boone Varsity Stars Wins Over North Montgomery.
Hannah Redlin showed timely hitting on Wednesday, driving in five on two hits to lead the Stars past North Montgomery 18-2 on Wednesday. Redlin drove in runs on a single in the first, a groundout in the third, and a home run in the fourth.
Western Boone got things started in the first inning when Emily Conyer hit a solo in the park homer.
Gabby Lewis took the win for the Stars. The righty lasted two innings, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out three and walking zero.  Mckenzie Amich, Jozzy Lewis, and Conyer all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.
Western Boone smacked three home runs on the day. Conyer and Redlin each had an in the park home run. Mya Fisher went deep in the fourth inning.
Western Boone Stars tallied 13 hits on the day.  Lewis, Fisher, Redlin, Jacelyn Wilson, and Emma Shirley each managed multiple hits for Western Boone Varsity Stars.  Shirley, Wilson, Redlin, Fisher, and Lewis each collected two hits to lead Western Boone.
