News · JV falls to Lebanon in season finale

After an emotional varsity win over county rival Lebanon on Friday, the JV football team welcomed the younger Tigers to their home field on Saturday morning.  QB Rowen Durbin connected with WR Jake Hendricks twice in the first quarter in the balanced offensive attack. Despite moving the ball down the field on the first series, WeBo could not overcome multiple turnovers on the day.  Defensively, the Stars came to play and made the Tigers earn every yard.  Juniors Dylan Small and Thomas Valley lived in the opponents backfield, but several short field opportunities eventually allowed the Tigers to cross pay dirt twice which would prove to be the difference in the game.  The Tigers came away with a 12-0 victory.
