WeBo put the pressure on Plainfield making the Quakers earn every point throughout the match. The Stars took the first set 25-19 and fought through tough battles coming up short the next 3 matches 21-25, 27-29, and 21-25. Maddie Hawkins and Kennedy Kiger led the team in kills. The Stars defense played with great determination and effort. Maddie Hawkins had 21 digs against the powerful Quaker offense and Chloe Gillan had 19. Marli Ransom and Lindsey Coffman each followed with 17 digs. The Stars travel to Clinton Prairie on Saturday for the last regular season tournament.
