The Varsity Stars hosted the Danville Warriors Tuesday evening, their second conference game of the season.  Western Boone defeated Danville in three games 25-18, 25-14, 25-13.  Leading the way for the Stars were Emily Harrison with 23 kills and 10 digs, Lauren Marsh with 8 kills and 10 digs, BayLee Mitchell with 5 kills, Madison Morton with 7 digs, and Lydia Climer with 29 assists.  The Stars are now 11-2 on the season; 2-0 in SAG conference.

The Stars host Guerin Catholic this coming Thursday, September 12th. 

The JV Stars also came out victorious over the Warriors, winning in two games 25-9, 25-8.  Leading for the Stars were Claire Fuller with 8 kills and 4 digs, Callie Gubera with 8 kills, Callahan Baxter with 5 kills, Kate Gillum with 5 digs, Madie Bright with 4 digs, and Lexie Raby with 24 assists.  The JV Stars are now 9-1 on the season; 2-0 in SAG conference.
