Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The varsity girls tennis team was defeated by a solid University team Monday 0-5 to move to 1-1 on the season. Regardless of the score, the Stars played well and showed promise at multiple positions, including the doubles teams of Ransom/Adams and Shepherd/Smith who battled through close sets. The JV team only played in four matches but split them 2-2. The Stars will travel to Covington Tuesday for a 4:30 start.
